Our Passion

The team at Lakewood Ranch Savannahs strives to go deeper than the traditional breeding experience and takes care in every step of the companionship process, ensuring a high quality of life for these cats and their people.

We are a small, family owned, TICA registered cattery that is passionate about our Savannah cats and Servals.  We are dedicated to the breed and are dedicated to producing only the most beautiful, healthiest and highest quality Savannah kittens possible. We are lovers of this truly unique, intelligent and loyal breed and will always be committed to the overall quality of our kittens!

OUR HOME & FACILITY

Located in sunny Florida, in lakefront surroundings, our Savannahs are kept busy in their enclosures by stalking a variety of tropical birds, the occasional turtle, and other neighborhood critters that frequent the property. We hold a Class II Wildlife license issued by Florida Fish & Wildlife and are USDA certified in maintaining a clean, healthy (and fun!) facility for our cats. We vaccinate and test annually to ensure we are FeLV/FIV negative cattery.

Our Philosophy

As a family breeder, our philosophy is three parts, Cats First, Responsibility to our Clients, and Ambassadorship of the Breed. Here at Lakewood Ranch Savannahs, we strive to maintain the highest standards for our felines and taking great pride in their success with their new families. We have been a registered cattery with the International Cattery Association (TICA) since 2018 and are in good standing with the Savannah Cat Association.

Our Team

Lakewood Ranch Savannahs is a family affair and it takes a village to bring up a healthy well adjusted Savannah and the occasional Serval cat. We have three generations of family that make it possible to do what we do. We are a retired military family, with several lifetimes of experience in small animal husbandry, and who finally have an opportunity to live our passion with these amazing and unique felines.

Here at Lakewood Ranch Savannahs, our felines continuously maintain a high standing within our family. We are a registered cattery with the International Cattery Association (TICA) and are a proud cattery in good standing with the Savannah Cat Association.

Responsibility
We believe in the value of treating our clients responsibly by offering contract and deposit agreements, and full health and fertility guarantees on all of our Savannah and Serval kittens.

Ambassadorship
It takes a village and community of other responsible Savannah Breeders to bring out the best in our Savannah kittens. Lakewood Ranch Savannahs is a TICA registered cattery in good standing with the Savannah Cat Association.
